1. SPONSOR & ADMINISTRATOR
The Professional Website & Brand Design Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored and administered by Luminate Denver.
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta (Facebook & Instagram), or any other third-party platform. By participating, you acknowledge that you are providing your information to the Sponsor and not to Meta or any other platform.
2. ELIGIBILITY
This Giveaway is open only to legal residents of The United States, who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
Additionally, participants must have a legally registered business (e.g., LLC, corporation, partnership, or valid business license) to be eligible for the prize.
The following individuals are NOT eligible to participate:
- Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies.
- Immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of such individuals.
This Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. GIVEAWAY PERIOD
The Giveaway begins on 02/01/2025 at 9:00 AM MST and ends on 02/27/2025 at 11:59:59 PM MST.
Entries submitted before or after this period will not be eligible. The Sponsor reserves the right to extend or shorten the Giveaway at its sole discretion, with notice of any date change posted on the official Sponsor website or Sponsor’s social media channels.
4. HOW TO ENTER
Participants can earn up to three (3) entries by completing the following actions:
- (1) Entry: Visit the Giveaway landing page at www.luminatedenver.com/marketing/giveaway and fill out the entry form.
- (1) Bonus Entry: Follow @luminatedenver on Instagram and like the official Giveaway post.
- (1) Bonus Entry: Follow @luminatedenver on Facebook and like the official Giveaway post.
Each participant may enter up to three (3) times. Multiple entries from the same person beyond the maximum allowed will be disqualified.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
5. PRIZE DETAILS
One (1) winner will receive the following:
- A Professional Website & Brand Design, which includes:
- A professionally designed website tailored to the winner’s business or brand (up to 10 pages; any additional pages will be billed at full price).
- A brand design upgrade, including logo refinement, color scheme selection, and other branding elements.
- Additional customization options based on the winner’s needs, as determined by the Sponsor.
- Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $10,000
Note:
- Domain registration fees, hosting fees, or any third-party subscriptions are the sole responsibility of the winner and are not included in the prize.
- The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted unless expressly allowed by the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right to modify the prize if necessary.
- All federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
The winner will be selected via random drawing from all eligible entries on 02/28/2025. The drawing will be conducted fairly and impartially by the Sponsor or its designated representatives.
Winner Announcement & Contact
- The winner will be publicly announced on Instagram and Facebook via the official Sponsor accounts.
- The winner will be contacted via email or directly messaged on social media (using the email address or social media account provided during entry).
- The winner must respond within 48 hours of being notified. Failure to respond within the given timeframe will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.
7. CONDITIONS FOR CLAIMING THE PRIZE
To claim the prize, the winner must:
- Provide a valid email address and proof of business registration.
- Agree to a short consultation to discuss website and brand design preferences.
- Accept and comply with the Sponsor’s design and development policies.
- Upon completion, the winner must provide a comprehensive testimonial in the format chosen by the Sponsor.
- If required by the Sponsor, complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and a Publicity Release (where permitted by law) within the timeframe specified.
If the winner fails to meet any eligibility requirements or violates these Terms & Conditions, the Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify the winner and select an alternate.
8. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By entering this Giveaway, participants agree to:
- Abide by these Official Terms & Conditions and all decisions made by the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
- Allow the Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and entry in promotional materials without further compensation (unless prohibited by law).
- Not engage in fraudulent behavior (e.g., using bots, fake accounts, or automated systems). Any detected fraud or tampering will result in immediate disqualification.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Sponsor is not responsible for:
- Any incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate entry information.
- Technical failures, network issues, or errors beyond its control.
- Any damage or loss resulting from participation in this Giveaway or acceptance/use of the prize.
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless the Sponsor from any claims arising from the Giveaway, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or unauthorized use of entries.
10. PRIVACY POLICY
Any personal information collected will be used solely for the administration of this Giveaway and will not be shared, sold, or distributed.

11. RIGHT TO CANCEL, MODIFY, OR DISQUALIFY
The Sponsor reserves the right to:
- Cancel or modify the Giveaway if unforeseen circumstances (e.g., fraud, technical failures, regulatory changes) make it impossible to continue.
- Disqualify any entrant who violates these Terms & Conditions or attempts to manipulate the Giveaway unfairly.
12. DISPUTES & GOVERNING LAW
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
By entering, participants agree that any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Denver, CO.
